Todd Spruell's 1988 Milano Verde 3.5 Liter
Silver 88 3.5 Milano Verde. Special features: The Verde was never offered in
Silver (this car was originally black). Hans Milo built the engine for one of
his clients. I acquired the engine when I bought his clients car in 2002. Besides
being punched out to a 3.5 liter it has bigger valves, S cams, Zat super sucker
air flow meter, 10:1 compression, matched ports (intake & exhaust), Ram
Air, and Ansa headers. I should have the car running soon. I plan to take it
to the dyno ASAP to tune the Bosch ECU and get it leaned out. I averaged 13
MPG over 3 tanks of gas in the 87 Milano with the 3:55 trans.. I can't hardly
wait to see how it will feel with the 4:10!
Suspension: Shankle sport Sway bars with urethane & Teflon bushings (front
swaybar end links are heim jointed), torsion bars and springs, Carrera shocks,
Zat stainless steel upper control arm bushings ( 2.4 degrees neg. camber) ,
ball jointed (no rubber washer) caster arms, Zat adjustable Watts linkage. Finished
with 17" HRE 3-piece wheels.
3" flowmaster exhaust. Cross drilled brakes. Momo accessories, Alpine &
MB quart custom Stereo, K-40 Laser diffuser and radar detector.
Note that picture is turn 4 at Road Atlanta and car has the old 17" TSW
Imola.
I'm having Zender air dams made in Carbon Fiber. I will need to sell a few
of them to make this worth the investment.
